Mrs Joan Holland has worked for us as a pet sitter and dog walker for 4 months. In that time she has looked after our dog extremely well and cared for him to a very high standard. She has access to our home and we have found her to be utterly trustworthy. We would recommend her wholeheartedly to other pet owners. She has never let us down.

Joan was originally introduced to me by my local veterinary surgery a few years ago (approx 3) and I have been using her services since then whenever I've taken holidays.  I was impressed at our first meeting when Joan took detailed notes regarding each of my pets routines, preferences and any medication required etc. and then took time to get to know each one by name (and/or description!). She was obliging regarding the number of visits I requested and was also happy to collect my mail and water my plants during her visits. The security of my house was of great importance to her as well; she checked all given keys turned the appropriate locks and noted locking up procedures etc.. Contact details were requested by her if any problems should arise during my absence, or if I wanted to check how my pets were faring. On returning I found a useful summary of her visits, the designated pet areas tidy and clean and above all, happy pets!!  Joan's friendly, reliable service has now become an essential part of my holiday planning. I am always confident of my pets good welfare and Joan's trustworthiness, and as such am happy to recommend her pet sitting services readily.
